Lockdown has been a very difficult time for multiple people mentally and physically.

It is in the name “lockdown”, people have been tied in their houses for the past 6 months with restrictions changing more times than I can imagine, and overall people are confused on what they can and cannot do. However, I am going to give you a couple of things you can do to keep yourself fit during this crazy period in our lives.
Walking. Walking is the easiest way of maintaining a solid fitness and it is very simple to do. Just doing ¾ of a mile, a day can affect your mental and physical state as its new surroundings and fresh air. It may be very cliché but a walk can change your mood very easily; during lockdown, it has easily been my most accessible and simple way of keeping fit.
Sport (which can be socially distanced). Sport is easily the most beneficial way of keeping fit, but obviously, the social distance has been a massive problem. There is some sports where you can keep distanced such as football and tennis where you can maintain a respectful distance.
Home workouts. Majority of the time homework outs are at the bottom of the list. They are like the bounty’s in the celebrations box, but sometimes that is what you have to resort to. When you are in the house, you are restricted what you can and cannot do. However, there is multiple videos online of home workouts and the best ones to keep you fit!
I hope that we can get back to normal soon and get back to a normal routine.
